Job was completed to an acceptable standard. The technician seemed somewhat flustered, and there were minor issues—such as an incorrect model oven door seal, dirty screws put onto stone bench top, multiple phone calls taken which elongated the service time (not cost), and unnecessary silicone work needing repair. There was an opportunity for more care and preparation to be taken.
